Self-Register process gave error

<Note: this issue was hotfixed on 5/3/18> If an account was setup to allow users to self-register, sometimes when the users clicked the “Sign up for new account” button, they would encounter an error. We have fixed this bug so that users can successfully self-register into the LMS.

Students encountered error when trying to join WebEx session

If a Student navigated to a Session which had a “Join WebEx Meeting” button, sometimes an error would display when the button was clicked. This was due to the fact that some of the WebEx Meeting sessions created in the past 6 months were not created properly. All of these sessions have been fixed so now Students can click on the Join WebEx Meeting button to launch their virtual session.

Various security and performance improvements
