“Activity Session created by” field added to reports
The field “Activity Session created by” has been added to both the Activity Enrollments and User Enrollments reports. This field can of course be used in queries and as a column in the report output.
New “Comments” field added to External Credits
When a Student adds an External Credit via the History tab of their My Library page, the modal now displays a new “Comments” field that can be used to enter miscellaneous text about the event being entered.
Process improvement when a Restricted Admin creates a new user
Previously, when a Restricted Admin (with User Restrictions set to those people who report directly to them) attempted to create a new user in the system, they would receive an error that they didn’t have permissions to create the user. They would then have to select their name from the Manager field and try again.
Now, upon creating a new user, a Restricted Admin with the same User Restrictions would see their name pre-populated in the Manager field (which cannot be edited), and be able to successfully create the user without an error.
