Enhanced Auto Enrollments for Assessments

As part of our broader approach to improving assessment functionality and allowing more control of enrollment targeting based on assessment results, we’ve done the following:

  • Expanded the ‘Actions’ feature from question pools only to the assessment as a whole
  • Introduced ranged scoring targets

New ‘Allow Public View’ column added to Activity integrations

We’ve added a new column field “Allow Public View” to the Bulk Activity Import. This true/false field indicates whether the activity will be visible to unauthenticated users. If you are doing Activity integrations, you should adjust your .csv file to accommodate this new column.

In-line audio player now works with linked audio activities

In the past, an in-line audio player would display on the Activity page for File activities where an audio file was uploaded. Now, we’re happy to announce that the in-line audio player will also work with Link activities where an audio file is linked.

IE11 issues

We’ve fixed the following two issues that manifest if Students used Internet Explorer 11:

  • When bulk updating enrollments via the Enrollments tab for an activity (i.e., selecting two or more enrolled users then clicking on the Edit button), the “Completed date” field wouldn’t display (for all statuses other than “in-progress”).

  • When trying to export a report, the Generate button would not do anything, preventing the report from being created.
