Report Types

Activity Enrollments

The purpose of the Activity Enrollments report is to query any activity enrollments. You can search by and display Enrollment status, Activity name, Activity code, Enrolled on date, Started on date, Completed on date, etc. Any data tied to an enrollment, an activity’s properties, a session’s properties or a user’s properties can be reported on in the Activity Enrollments report with the exception of the default User Manager field.

User Enrollments

The User Enrollments report is similar to the Activity Enrollments report, except the User Enrollments report has two unique attributes. The User Enrollments report will also display users who are not yet enrolled in any activities. The second unique attribute of this report is the ability to report on the default ‘User Manager’ column.

Path Enrollments

A Path Enrollments report allows you to compile information on the activities within paths. This report can include fields for enrollment, path name, path activities, and user fields. The Path Enrollments report is useful if you‘d like to know who has or hasn’t enrolled in a path, the status of the user's enrollment in each activity in the path and/or the user’s score.

Activity Enrollment Tasks

Although tasks are completed separately from the user's LMS activities, you can still generate a report on them through the reporting tool. The Activity Enrollment Tasks report will allow you to query tasks tracked in enrollments. The information that this report generates includes the date the enrollments tasks was completed on, the status of the enrollments task and the score the user received.

Activity Enrollment Video Statuses

The Activity Enrollment Video Statuses report allows you to query the data from enrolled videos that users watch. This report can include fields for enrollment, the activity video, and other activity fields.


A Users report will generate a list of all user data housed in your LMS account. You can search by and display any of the fields located on the user’s properties page.


The Activities report generates the list of activities in your account and their associated details. Example reasons to use this report: reporting on activities by a certain author, breakdown of activities by type, number of inactive activities vs. active activities.


When you have created sessions that correspond with your Event activities, you may want to create a Sessions report. Running a Sessions report will generate a list of all sessions within your LMS. Columns which automatically populate once you run the Sessions report include the instructor, location, activity code, and the session’s begin and end date. You can choose to view upcoming and/or past sessions and any of the fields populated in a session’s properties.

External Credits

If you’re tracking external credits within your LMS then you can run an External Credits report. Running this report will generate the following information: the user who received the credit and their code, the name of the external credit and its code, the assigned instructor, the location, score and amount of credit the external credit is worth. You can also report on the date that the External Credit expires if applicable.

Assessment Responses

An Assessment Responses report is helpful when you would like to see how well users are scoring in assessments. This report will generate information such as the user who took the assessment, the assessment name, the date it was completed on, enrollment status, the user’s score and whether or not the user passed the assessment. The Assessment Responses report is helpful in determining which activities users are struggling with or which of your users are top performers.

Assessment Response Questions

An Assessment Response Questions report allows you to query individual assessment question responses and can include information such as question, question response, activity, session and user fields. This report is useful when trying to determine whether users are struggling with a particular question and if the question should be edited and/or clarified for users to understand better.

Survey Responses

A Survey Responses report is similar to an Assessment Responses report, except this report will generate information such as the user who completed the survey, the survey name, the activity the survey was attached to, and the date it was completed on. The Survey Responses report is helpful in determining whether users are on target to complete the survey and who is deficient in their response.

Survey Response Questions

A Survey Response Questions report allows you to generate a report about individual survey questions and can include information such as question, question response, activity, and user fields. You may use a Survey Response Questions report if you would like to display the feedback that users provided in your survey.

Campaign Survey Responses

A Campaign Survey Responses report is similar to a Survey Responses report, except this report will allow you to query all survey responses across a campaign. This report can include response, campaign and user fields.

Campaign Survey Response Questions

A Campaign Survey Response Questions report allows you to query individual campaign survey question responses and can include question, question response, campaign and user fields.

SCORM/AICC Interactions

A SCORM/AICC Interactions report allows you to query question-level data from SCORM/AICC packages that a user takes in the LMS. This report will automatically display the online course name, interaction ID (coming over from the online course), question type (e.g.: multiple choice, true/false, etc.), result (correct, wrong), correct responses (as recorded in the courseware) and the student response (answer chosen by user).

Activity Reviews

The Activity Reviews report allows you to generate a report of the reviews your users have given for activities in the Catalog. An Activity Reviews report will pull information such as activity name/type/code, the user’s star rating and the text of their review. This report is not only useful in comparing the effectiveness of your activities according to your users, but also in identifying activities that may have technical issues.

Log Entries

A Log Entries report generates information about any job that a user has instructed the LMS to perform. Information which can be gleaned from a Log Entries report includes the category of the job (bulk enrollments, waitlist emails, activity imports, user imports, report generations, integrations, etc.), whether or not the entry was successful, the user who queued the entry, start/completed/schedule dates and intervals for entries that are set to recur. Log Entries reports are helpful when troubleshooting any entry that has been queued or to simply keep a record of the jobs your LMS is performing.

Letter Logs

The Letter Logs report allows you to generate a report of all letters that were sent out within a specified timeframe. Columns included in the report are user's name, letter name, letter trigger type, date the letter was sent, etc.


The Waitlists report generates information regarding all the users waiting to get into sessions. This report displays a user's name and email, session name, and session start and end dates.


A Comments report allows you to view all activity comments created by users. This report will generate information including the activity name and type, user name, comment creation date, and comment text.
