If you need to send a Letter from the LMS to a user, this article walks through that process. A good example for using this feature is if a manager needs to remind one or more users to complete an enrollment.
Go to the User list
- Click Users in the left side navigation bar.
- Select all Users whom you want to send a letter
Click More > Letter
- Click the More dropdown and select the Letter option.
Choose Letter sending options
- Use the radio buttons to select either a Template or Custom letter.
- If choosing Template, use the dropdown to select an existing letter template
- When ready, click either the Send bulk email or Create PDF button.
