Giving Administrators Access to Reports

By default, only the Administrator who created the report will be able to see the report on the Reports page. You can allow other users with administrative privileges to see your custom reports if you wish.

Go to the Reports page

  • Click Reports in the left navigation area.

Select the Report

  • Click the title of the Report.

Allow access for the Report

  • Click the Actions dropdown at the top right of the page, then select Admin Permissions.

  • Choose to keep the report available only to yourself, all Unrestricted Admin, or all Admin.
  • Click the Update button to save your changes.
