Managing the System Log

Intellum does its best to supply the Administrator with as much self-service information as possible, and the System Log is one example. The Log displays a running list of scheduled procedures and other tasks the LMS was set to complete.


Access the System Log

  • Click System Log in the left navigation area.

You will see a list of processes, with a green dot, that have run successfully. If you see a yellow or red dot, there may have been some errors. To review these errors, you can click the Details link.

You can access the System Log to see if:

  1. your HRIS integration ran last night, or
  2. your email alerts were fired automatically, or
  3. if a custom report was generated successfully
