Managing Enrollment Requests

All enrollment requests can be viewed and approved or denied by the Activity Administrator and Unrestricted Administrator.

NOTE: By default, the Administrator who created the Activity will become the Activity Administrator. If the person responsible for granting the request is someone other than the one who created the Activity, you may need to assign an Administrator to the Activity.


Go to the Requests page

  • Click Requests in the left navigation area.

Accept or Reject Requests

  • Check the box next to each Request you wish to approve or deny.
  • Click either the Accept or Reject button to bulk approve or deny the requests.

Send Bulk Email

  • Select either a Template or Custom email to send. If Template, then choose an existing letter from the dropdown list. If Custom, then enter an ad hoc Subject and Body for the email.
  • Click on the Send bulk email button.
