You can change a user's enrollment status(es) by accessing the user's Enrollments page.
Go to Users
Click Users in the left navigation area.
Go to the User's page
Check the box next to the user's name who needs an enrollment status changed.
- Click the Edit button at the top of the page.

Check the box next to the enrollment you need to edit and click the Edit button in the top left corner.

- Here you can change a Due date, whether or not the course enrollment is Required or Recommended, the Reason for the Type selected, and the Status of the enrollment (in-progress, passed (complete), failed (complete), no-show, incomplete or dropped) from the dropdown menu.
- When you are finished editing the enrollment, click the Save button and your changes will automatically take place.
