Manually Change a User's Enrollment Status

You can change a user's enrollment status(es) by accessing the user's Enrollments page.


Go to Users

  • Click Users in the left navigation area.

Go to the User's page

  • Check the box next to the user's name who needs an enrollment status changed.
  • Click the Edit button at the top of the page.

Choose the enrollment you wish to edit


  • Check the box next to the enrollment you need to edit and click the Edit button in the top left corner.

  • Here you can change a Due date, whether or not the course enrollment is Required or Recommended, the Reason for the Type selected, and the Status of the enrollment (in-progress, passed (complete), failed (complete), no-show, incomplete or dropped) from the dropdown menu.
  • When you are finished editing the enrollment, click the Save button and your changes will automatically take place.
