You can manually enroll Students in all Activity types.
Go to the Activities page
Go to Activities.
Select the Activity you wish to enroll users
Click on the title of the Activity.
- Click the Enroll Users button in the top right corner.
Select the Users you wish to enroll
- Check the box next to the names of all users you want to enroll in the Activity.
- Click the Enroll button.
Edit Enrollment Properties
- You can add a Due date and/or place and check in the Required box.
- By default, the Type of enrollment will be Recommended, but you can change it to Required if desired. The Type Reason field allows you to enter a reason for the type of enrollment. Please see the 'Required & Recommended Overview' video attached below for more information on this functionality.
- By default, the Status of the enrollment will be in-progress, but you can change it to passed (complete), failed (complete), no-show, incomplete or dropped.
- When you are finished, click on the Save button.
