Manually Enrolling Users in Activities

You can manually enroll Students in all Activity types.


Go to the Activities page

  • Go to Activities.

Select the Activity you wish to enroll users

  • Click on the title of the Activity.

Enroll users

  • Click the Enroll Users button in the top right corner.

Select the Users you wish to enroll

  • Check the box next to the names of all users you want to enroll in the Activity. 
  • Click the Enroll button.

Edit Enrollment Properties


  • You can add a Due date and/or place and check in the Required box.
  • By default, the Type of enrollment will be Recommended, but you can change it to Required if desired. The Type Reason field allows you to enter a reason for the type of enrollment. Please see the 'Required & Recommended Overview' video attached below for more information on this functionality.
  • By default, the Status of the enrollment will be in-progress, but you can change it to passed (complete), failed (complete), no-show, incomplete or dropped.
  • When you are finished, click on the Save button.
