You can view a user's current and completed enrollments by running a report or by going into a User's profile.
This article explains how to view a user's current and completed enrollments and the status of those enrollments on the user's Profile page.
Go to Users
Click Users in the left navigation area.
Go to the User's personal page
- Click on the name of a User.
- Click the Edit button at the top of the page.
View Current Enrollments
By default, the current enrollments are displayed.
Switch to Completed Enrollments
- Click the Filter dropdown in the top right corner and choose Complete.
View Completed Enrollments
- Use the Filter dropdown to switch back and forth between Complete and Incomplete enrollments.
