View Current and Completed Enrollments by Users

You can view a user's current and completed enrollments by running a report or by going into a User's profile.


This article explains how to view a user's current and completed enrollments and the status of those enrollments on the user's Profile page.

Go to Users

  • Click Users in the left navigation area.

Go to the User's personal page

  • Click on the name of a User.
  • Click the Edit button at the top of the page.

View Current Enrollments


By default, the current enrollments are displayed.

Switch to Completed Enrollments

  • Click the Filter dropdown in the top right corner and choose Complete.

View Completed Enrollments


  • Use the Filter dropdown  to switch back and forth between Complete and Incomplete enrollments.
