Troubleshooting a Course that will not Launch

If an online course did not launch, troubleshoot by checking:

  • Is a Flash player (or other required player, such as SkillSoft) installed?  You can download the Flash player for free here
  • Make sure your browser is updated to one of the following versions: Internet Explorer 11 or higher, Firefox 45 or higher, Safari 9 or higher, or Chrome 50 or higher.
  • Are pop-up blockers disabled?  Online courses arerequired to launch in a separate window, so pop-up blockers will occasionally prevent a course launch window from opening.
  • If none of the above remedies work, please check with your LMS administrator to confirm that the course has been published correctly.
